Biography

Andleen Razzaq is an internationally experienced Licensed Master Coach, leadership consultant, trainer and educator with over 20 years of experience spanning leadership development, community empowerment, organisational transformation and social impact.

Originally from the UK and based in Malaysia, she has worked across corporate, government, humanitarian and civil society sectors, helping individuals and organisations challenge conventional thinking, build inclusive cultures and create meaningful change.

A former Senior Adviser to the UK Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, Andleen has contributed to national policy, community cohesion and women's leadership initiatives. Her corporate and development experience includes working with Standard Chartered Bank, AIA International, Schlumberger, UNHCR and the Central Bank of Sri Lanka.

She serves as Chair of Muslim Aid Malaysia and a trustee of Muslim Aid UK, championing locally led humanitarian approaches, innovation and stronger Global South leadership.

Passionate about inclusive development, Andleen believes sustainable transformation begins by empowering people and communities to shape their own futures. Her work integrates strategic leadership, emotional intelligence, faith-inspired values and practical action to advance social justice, strengthen communities and develop the next generation of changemakers.
