Biography

Rameesa Khan is Founder of Vision 2035 and a Sustainable Development Goals practitioner and gender equality advocate based in Lahore. Through school seminars, guest-speaking sessions, webinars and workshops, she helps young people engage with sustainable development and community action.

Her menstrual-health awareness work began in 2018 and focuses on addressing stigma and encouraging informed conversations. She has written a short illustrated story for girls approaching menarche and has contributed to period-education sessions, including with Unite 2030. She has also begun postpartum-awareness work. These are awareness and advocacy activities, not clinical services.

Her wider interests include digital storytelling, research skills, AI tools, mentoring and public speaking. Her submitted recognitions include the Pakistan Youth Icon Award 2022 and a student leadership award in 2026. She also reports a nomination for an education leadership award in 2026; this is not presented as an award received.
